Payment Terms

•Payment is due in full upon completion of work and prior to vehicle release.

•We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

A 3% processing fee applies to all card and digital payments.

•To avoid the 3% processing fee, cash or personal checks are accepted.

•A 50% deposit is required for any job requiring special-order parts, materials, or custom items. Orders will not be placed until the deposit is received.

•Deposits for parts and materials are non-refundable once the order has been placed.

Scheduling Expectations & Lead Times

•Pollet’s Auto Upholstery is a small, specialized team dedicated to delivering high-quality craftsmanship and personalized service. Due to strong demand, appointments are typically scheduled approximately 2 weeks in advance.

•During peak seasons, such as the summer months, lead times may extend to 5 weeks or longer.

•We kindly ask for your patience and understanding as we strive to deliver quality workmanship and personalized service.

•We take pride in our attention to detail and quality of work, which requires proper scheduling and time for each project. While larger shops may offer faster turnaround times, our focus remains on delivering the highest standard of workmanship.

•We appreciate your patience and understanding when scheduling your appointment, and we look forward to working with you.

Walk Ins & Appointment Policy

•Walk-ins are welcome for estimates and initial evaluations; however, same-day repair or upholstery services are not available.

•All work is performed by appointment only and must be scheduled in advance following your estimate.

•Due to scheduling and limited capacity, we are unable to accommodate unscheduled work or same-day service requests.

•Please do not drop off vehicles without a confirmed appointment, as we may not be able to accept or service them.

•We appreciate your understanding as this allows us to provide the highest quality service to every customer.

Scheduling Appointments

•To schedule an appointment, please contact us by phone, visit us in person or submit a request through the online form on our website.

•We recommend scheduling in advance to secure your preferred appointment date.

One-Day Services

•Most appointments are one-day services.

•Vehicles should be dropped off at opening 8:00 AM unless otherwise arranged.

•Pickup will be on the same day any time before closing at 6:00 PM. 

•Customers will be notified if additional time is required.

After-Hours Key Drop Instructions

•For your convenience, you may drop off your vehicle keys the night before your scheduled appointment using our secure key drop box located outside our shop (under the American flag).

•This allows to begin work promptly at 8:00 AM.

•If using the key drop box, please place your keys in an envelope or bag clearly labeled with your name, vehicle, and contact information so we can properly identify your vehicle.

•We kindly ask that you notify us in advance if you plan to use the key drop box so we can note it on your appointment.

Two-Day Services

•For two-day appointments, drop off your vehicle on the day of your scheduled appointment.

•Pick up will be the following day before closing at 6:00 PM.

•Unless otherwise indicated, most of our work follows these scheduling times.

Appointment Punctuality

•Please arrive on time at 8AM for your scheduled drop-off to ensure your appointment runs smoothly.

•Significant delays may require rescheduling.

Customer Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is our top priority!

•If you have any questions or concerns after your pickup, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re here to ensure you’re completely happy with our work.

Appointment Confirmation

•It is not necessary to confirm your appointment once it has been scheduled.

•Once your appointment is added to our calendar, it is considered final.

•For larger jobs requiring two or more days, we may contact you to confirm the details closer to the appointment date to ensure everything is on track.

Storage Fees

•Due to limited on-site parking, vehicles must be picked up within 2 business days of completion unless prior arrangements have been approved.

•Vehicles not picked up within this timeframe may be subject to a daily storage fee of $25 per day.

•If space is unavailable, we reserve the right to move or park the vehicle off-site or on the street at the owner’s risk.

•Vehicles left beyond 10 days without communication or payment may be subject to storage fees and may be processed under Virginia’s mechanic’s and storage lien laws.

•If payment is not received within the required timeframe, we reserve the right to initiate lien procedures in accordance with Virginia law to recover unpaid charges.

Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

•We kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

•No-shows impact our family-owned small business, so we will not honor no-show appointments with a reschedule.

•We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to help us serve all customers fairly.

Warranty

•We provide a limited warranty on workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of completion. Proof of service (invoice) is required for all warranty claims.

•This warranty covers defects related to installation or workmanship only. It does not cover normal wear and tear, fading, sun damage, misuse, or damage caused by external factors.

No warranty is provided on customer-supplied materials, and we cannot guarantee the performance or longevity of such materials.

•Any warranty concerns must be brought to our attention promptly for evaluation.

Appointment Reminders

We do not send appointment reminders; you are responsible for remembering your appointment details.

Work Authorization

Any additional work will require customer approval before proceeding.
