Payment Details & Scheduling
Payment Terms
•Payment is due after the work is completed to your satisfaction.
•We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AmEx) and Apple Pay or Google with 3% surcharge.
•To avoid the 3% surcharge, cash or personal checks are preferred.
•If we are ordering parts, materials, or special items for your job, a 50% deposit upfront is required before we place the order.
•Deposits for parts and materials are non-refundable once the order has been placed.
Same-Day Services
•Same-day services are not offered due to scheduling and quality standards.
•Please do not drop off your vehicle overnight or bring in unscheduled work — we will have to turn you away and ask you to schedule an appointment.
•Our shop operates by appointment only to ensure the best service for every customer.
Scheduling Appointments
•To schedule an appointment, please call us directly, come by in person, use our online form located on our website, or email.
Appointment Punctuality
•Please arrive on time at 8AM for your scheduled drop-off to ensure your appointment runs smoothly.
•Significant delays may require rescheduling.
Customer Satisfaction

•If you have any questions or concerns after your pickup, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re here to ensure you’re completely happy with our work.
Appointment Confirmation
•It is not necessary to confirm your appointment once it has been scheduled.
•Once your appointment is added to our calendar, it is considered final.
•For larger jobs requiring two or more days, we may contact you to confirm the details closer to the appointment date to ensure everything is on track.
One-Day Services
•Most appointments are one-day services.
•Drop off your vehicle when we open at 8:00 AM.
•Pick up will be on the same day any time before closing at 6:00 PM.
Appointment Reminders
We do not send appointment reminders; you are responsible for remembering your appointment details.
Two-Day Services
•For two-day appointments, drop off your vehicle on the day of your scheduled appointment.
•Pick up will be the following day before closing at 6:00 PM.
•Unless otherwise indicated, most of our work follows these scheduling times.
Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
•We kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
•No-shows impact our family-owned small business, so we will not honor no-show appointments with a reschedule.
•We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to help us serve all customers fairly.
Scheduling Expectations
•Please note that our shop is a small, three-person team, and due to high demand, we are generally scheduling appointments at least 2 weeks out. During our busy seasons, such as summer, wait times can extend up to 5 weeks or more.
•We kindly ask for your patience and understanding as we strive to deliver quality workmanship and personalized service.
•There are larger shops with bigger teams that may offer faster turnaround times, but our focus is on quality and attention to detail.
•Thank you for considering this when scheduling your appointment. Your understanding helps us maintain the high standards you expect.
After-Hours Key Drop
•For your convenience, you may drop your keys in our designated key drop box located outside our door (under the American flag) the night before your appointment.
•This ensures your vehicle is ready to start work promptly at 8:00 AM.
•If you use the drop box, please place your keys in an envelope or bag labeled with your name and contact information so we can easily identify your vehicle.
•We also kindly ask that you inform us in advance if you plan to use the drop box, so we can make a note for your appointment.
